Jeep Wrangler Differential Gear Package - Rear - Revolution Gear & Axle - Dana 44 Koyo Bearing 4.56 Ratio - `03-`06

Revolution Gear & Axle Jeep Wrangler Differential Gear Package - Rear (Dana 44) for 2003–2006 TJ. This kit includes a precision-matched 4.56 ring and pinion set with Koyo bearings, built for enthusiasts upgrading gearing or preparing a build for larger tires or heavier loads.

Designed specifically for the Dana 44 rear axle used in 2003–2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models, this gear package pairs Revolution Gear & Axle ring and pinion geometry with high-quality Koyo bearings to deliver consistent meshing and long service life. The 4.56 ratio gives additional torque multiplication compared with stock gearing, which helps drivability when fitting taller tires or carrying extra weight. Components are engineered for correct backlash and tooth contact when set up by a competent installer; professional installation and proper break-in are recommended to achieve intended performance and longevity.
