Jeep JK Front Outer Axle - Yukon Gear & Axle - Chromoly, 27 Spline - 2012

Jeep JK Front Outer Axle - Yukon Gear & Axle - 4340 Chromoly, 27 Spline - 2012. This Yukon replacement outer stub is designed for the Dana 30 front of the 2012 Jeep JK, offering a direct-fit upgrade built from 4340 chrome-moly steel for improved strength and durability.

Made for off-road and high-performance applications, this outer axle measures approximately 6.30" and uses manufacturing processes such as cold roll formed splines and induction coil heat treating to increase fatigue resistance and service life. Yukon rates these 4340 chromoly axles as offering up to 50% increased strength over typical stock shafts, making them a sensible choice for larger tires and higher-powered builds. The axle carries Yukon’s Limited Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and breakage while you own the vehicle, with Yukon (through Randy’s Ring & Pinion) handling warranty determinations and a "no questions asked" replacement on the first qualifying claim.
