Jeep TJ Axle Kit - Front - Yukon Gear & Axle - 4340 Chromoly + Grizzly Locker - `84-`06 is a complete front Dana 30 axle kit built for drivers who want a robust, OE-replacement level axle package with an automatic locker. It’s designed for Jeep TJ applications and compatible Dana 30-equipped XJ, YJ and ZJ vehicles.

This Yukon kit uses high-tensile 4340 chromoly axles with cold roll formed splines and advanced induction heat treating to provide reliable strength where it matters most. The package includes Yukon Grizzly Locker (fits 3.73 gear ratios and up), a vacuum disconnect block-off kit, carrier bearings and races, and two Spicer 1310 U-joints and associated hardware. The kit supplies 30-spline inner axles and 27-spline outer axles for direct fitment into Dana 30 front differentials, offering a straightforward upgrade path for trail-focused Jeeps.
