Upgrade your Jeep Wrangler with the Jeep Wrangler License Plate Adapter - Rear - Rough Country - '97-'06. This handy adapter is designed to help you retain your factory rear license plate position while still enjoying the benefits of upgraded aftermarket bumpers.

The Rough Country License Plate Adapter is an ideal solution for Jeep TJ owners who have enhanced their vehicle with a rear bumper that includes a swing-out tire carrier. Many Jeep enthusiasts choose these oversized rear bumpers for their ability to hold a full-size aftermarket spare wheel and tire. However, they often encounter the challenge of fitting the rear-facing license plate. This adapter expertly solves that problem, offering an easy-to-install, 100% bolt-on kit that allows you to maintain the factory license plate position without sacrificing the functionality of your tire carrier. With this adapter, you can readily operate the locking mechanism on your swing-out rear tire carrier without any obstruction.
