KYB’s Gas-A-Just uses a high-pressure monotube layout with two working chambers: an air-free hydraulic piston and valve area for precise damping, and a separate nitrogen gas chamber with a floating piston to keep oil and gas apart. This design resists aeration and fade and can automatically react to changing road and load conditions. Built to help restore intended ride and handling on the rear of your 2002–2010 Jeep Liberty, it also supports proper function of vehicle electronic safety systems when the suspension is maintained as the manufacturer specified.
