Jeep TJ Axle Kit - Front - Yukon Gear & Axle - Chromoly 4340 - `97-`06. This front axle kit is a direct-replacement heavy-duty set designed for 1997–2006 TJ Wranglers using the Dana 30 front differential, built to handle larger tires and increased drivetrain loads.

Yukon 4340 chromoly axles are manufactured with high-tensile 4340 steel and advanced production methods to improve strength and durability over stock shafts. The kit includes inner and outer axles for both left and right sides plus 1310-series U-joints. Cold roll formed splines and induction coil heat treating are used to increase fatigue resistance for demanding off-road and high-power applications. Yukon backs these axles with a Limited Lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage for as long as you own the vehicle; Yukon (through Randy's Ring & Pinion) administers warranty considerations and provides a "no questions asked" replacement on the first qualifying claim.
