Jeep ZJ Axle Kit - Front - Yukon Gear & Axle - 4340 Chromoly & Grizzly Locker - `84-`06 is a complete Dana 30 front axle package designed for serious off-road use and heavy-duty street duty. This kit combines 4340 chromoly axles with a Yukon Grizzly locker and Yukon Super Joints for a robust, serviceable upgrade for 1984–2006 Jeep Dana 30 applications (XJ, YJ, TJ and ZJ platforms).

The Yukon kit uses high-tensile 4340 chromoly forged axle shafts with cold roll formed splines and advanced induction heat treating for strength and durability. It includes both inner (30-spline) and outer (27-spline) chromoly axles, a Yukon Grizzly locker (3.73 & up), Yukon Super Joints, carrier bearings and races, and a vacuum disconnect block-off kit. The combination offers improved load capacity and reliable engagement off-road; note that Super Joints require more maintenance and are not recommended for someone using the vehicle as a daily driver.
