Jeep WJ Axle Kit - Front - Yukon Gear & Axle - Chromoly 4340 - `99-`04 is a direct-replacement front axle kit built for heavier-duty use on 1999–2004 Jeep WJ applications. This Yukon 4340 chromoly kit supplies inner and outer axles plus 1310 u-joints designed for Dana 30 setups where increased strength is needed.

Constructed from high-tensile 4340 chromoly and produced with cold-rolled splines and advanced heat treatment, these axles are made for users running larger tires or higher torque. The kit includes both left and right inner (30-spline) and outer (27-spline) shafts along with compatible 1310-series U-joints. Yukon’s manufacturing process focuses on durability and long service life; the axles are intended to offer a meaningful strength improvement over OE shafts without requiring extensive modification. A Limited Lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and axle breakage for the original owner, with Yukon/Randy’s Ring & Pinion handling warranty determinations.
