Jeep XJ Axle Kit - Front - Yukon Gear & Axle - Chromoly 4340 - `84-`01. This front axle kit replaces Dana 30 shafts on XJ/YJ/TJ Jeeps and is engineered for stronger, longer-lasting performance in demanding driving conditions.

Built from 4340 chromoly steel, these Yukon replacement axles are cold roll formed and heat treated with induction coil processes to increase strength and fatigue life compared to stock shafts. The kit includes inner and outer axles for both left and right sides plus 1310-series U-joints, and is intended for Dana 30 differentials with 30-spline inners and 27-spline outers. Yukon rates these axles for higher load applications (they state up to 50% increased strength over stock), and the kit carries Yukon’s Limited Lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and axle breakage for as long as you own the vehicle (first warranty return is a “no questions asked” replacement; Yukon/Randy’s Ring & Pinion make final warranty determinations). Assembly is required.
