Jeep TJ Rubicon Axle Kit - Front - Yukon Gear & Axle - 4340 Chromoly - `03-`06 is a direct-fit front axle kit engineered for TJ Rubicon owners. This kit replaces the Dana 44 front axles with heavy-duty 4340 chromoly components built for higher loads and larger tires.

Designed for off-road use and high-performance applications, the Yukon 4340 chromoly axles deliver improved durability over stock shafts without changing the vehicle’s geometry. Manufactured with high-tensile 4340 steel, cold roll formed splines and advanced induction/heat treating, these axles are intended to stand up to increased torque and larger tire sizes while maintaining long service life. The kit includes inner and outer shafts for both left and right sides and comes with 1310-series universal joints for reliable driveline connection. A Limited Lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and axle breakage for the life of the vehicle owner, with a "No Questions Asked" replacement for the first warranty return; Yukon (through Randy's Ring & Pinion) makes final determination on warranty claims.
