Jeep TJ Front Axle Kit — Yukon Gear & Axle 4340 Chromoly with Super Joints (1997–2006). This heavy-duty front axle kit is made for serious off-road and high-performance TJ Dana 30 applications.

The Yukon 4340 chrome-moly replacement axles are engineered for strength and durability. Constructed from high-tensile 4340 chromoly with cold-roll formed splines and advanced heat treating, these shafts offer increased strength over stock axles for extreme performance setups with larger tires and higher power. The kit includes inner and outer axles for both left and right sides (27 spline) sized for Dana 30 TJ fitment, Yukon Super Joints, and a vacuum disconnect block-off kit. Super Joints require higher maintenance and this kit is not recommended for daily driven vehicles. Assembly is required. Warranty: Limited Lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects and axle breakage for as long as you own the vehicle; Yukon provides a "no questions asked" replacement on the first warranty return, with final warranty determinations handled by Yukon/Randy's ring & pinion.
