The separator is equipped with a dual-stage filtering system to effectively capture and condense oil vapors.

The initial filtration step involves a fine stainless steel mesh screen designed to trap even the finest oil vapors. These vapors, once heavy enough, are then channeled through a 1/16" thick aluminum honeycomb filter which facilitates further coalescence, allowing the oil to separate and fall into the tank below. This multi-layered approach ensures that only clean, vapor-free air continues to pass through your intake system, while the captured oil is held safely within the separator, which can accommodate up to 3 ounces of fluid.
