A heavy-duty replacement axle shaft built for enthusiasts upgrading or restoring AMC/Jeep Model 35 rear ends; engineered for strength and compatibility with drum brake applications.

This Yukon 4340 chromoly right-hand rear axle is 29-1/4" long with 27 splines and is designed for Model 35 heavy duty assemblies using C-clips. Manufactured from high-tensile 4340 chromoly with cold roll formed splines and advanced heat treating, it offers a direct-fit solution that improves durability over many OE shafts while remaining cost-conscious. Note: the axle is compatible with a 54-tooth, 2.7" ABS ring but does not include the ring—re-use your original ABS ring. This shaft requires screw-in axle studs (YSPSTUD-010).
