Skyjacker ADX M2.0 Adventure Series Rear Shock Absorber for Jeep Cherokee ('84–'01) is a direct-fit aluminum monotube shock engineered for improved dampening and control on and off road. It pairs race-inspired valving with a lightweight, clear-anodized polished aluminum body for durable performance.
This rear shock uses a full-displaced valving system and an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate high-pressure nitrogen from the oil, delivering consistent resistance and reducing fade under repeated use. The impact-extruded, CNC-machined T6061-T6 aluminum monotube dissipates heat more effectively than conventional steel bodies, while the Teflon-banded piston helps provide a smooth response across a wide range of speeds — from highway cruising to technical trail sections. Designed to help keep tires in contact with the terrain, these shocks offer better handling stability and improved ride comfort without adding unnecessary weight.
